  • Payments
    • Payments on our website can be made via MBWay, MB Reference, Credit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.
  • Orders and Shipments
    • Orders are dispatched by private carrier on the next business day following the placement of the order and after payment has been received.
    • After the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the customer, where you can track your order.
    • Orders are delivered within a maximum period of 72 hours (Mainland Portugal)
    • Due to the increase in the workload of carriers caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, there have sometimes been some delays in the delivery of orders.
  • Free Shipping
    • Free shipping is only for orders shipped to Mainland Portugal
    • For the shipping to be free, the purchase must have a minimum value of €200, excluding VAT and no discounts applied that reduce this value.
    • Shipping will be carried out as described in "Orders and Shipments"
  • Cancellations and Returns
    • Requests of cancellations or refunds of products purchased on our website must be sent to info@bioethic.pt within a maximum period of 15 days after the purchase is made.
    • Returned products, to be refunded or exchanged, must be in the same condition in which they were sent, undamaged and sealed in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a product different from the one you have requested or if it is damaged, the value of the product will be refunded and the product collected at the delivery address. You can also ask for the replacement of the product, not requesting a refund.
